Begin with a no-cost, 1:1 mentoring session led by a vetted BOOST Ambassador. In this session, we review your business, surface your most pressing challenges, and provide practical next steps you can use immediately. It’s free because our Ambassadors—experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders—donate a minimum of 10 hours each month to help local owners.
2) Follow-Up & Action Plan
After your consultation, your Ambassador may recommend a short series of check-ins to keep momentum, clarify priorities, and turn ideas into action—aimed at longer-term engagement rather than a ‘one and done.’
3) Optional Next Step: Invitation to a CEO / Owner Peer Group
If ongoing accountability and peer perspective would help you move faster, you may be invited to a BOOST CEO Peer Group—an environment where owners collaborate in a confidential, professionally facilitated setting to explore issues, develop solutions, set goals, and share practical ideas.
