MIKE KIND
Michael Kind is a seasoned entrepreneur, advisor, and business strategist with over four decades of experience launching, growing, and revitalizing companies. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1984 by founding a printing company in Boca Raton, Florida, which achieved explosive growth and was recognized as ‘Boca’s Small Business of the Year’ in 1991.
Leveraging his international upbringing in Spain, where he became bilingual and gained a global perspective, Mike transitioned into business advisory roles after a successful business exit in 2004. He then launched MyKind Advisors, helping businesses across diverse sectors scale and innovate and co-founded The Next Level Group, a peer performance organization for CEOs.
In 2006 Mike moved to New Hampshire and acquired Jaymil Active Furniture a workplace ergonomics company,, transforming it into a multi-division enterprise—Right Height Manufacturing, Summit Ergonomics, and StanData Technology which he still owns today. Under his leadership, the business earned placement on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years.
An MBA graduate with honors in Entrepreneurship and a former nationally ranked chess player, Mike brings a strategic, analytical mindset to every engagement. He lives in The Villages, Florida with his wife Diane and enjoys pickleball, golf, fishing, and chess.
GEORGE STEPHANOS
With over 35 years of experience, George is an accomplished management consultant and business owner. His expertise spans operations strategy, managing acquisitions and post-merger integrations, and global operations management. Beyond his corporate achievements, George successfully built and sold his own small business, gaining invaluable insight into entrepreneurial challenges. He now passionately mentors small business owners, guiding them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.


DAVE HARRISON
GROWTH DOCTOR & SUCCESS ADVOCATE
Dave Harrison is a growth-focused executive, educator, and consultant with impact across consumer, medical, industrial, and construction markets. He has led brand, revenue, and operations work at Johnson & Johnson (oral, wound, and home health), Shulton (Old Spice, Pine-Sol, Combat), and Brown-Forman (Lenox, Gorham, Hartmann, Dansk). In industry and construction, he supported GAF—North America’s leading roofing and solar manufacturer—and helped scale Champion Home Improvement’s 83 locations while advising National Roofing Partners’ 250-member commercial network across the continent. As an educator, Dave has taught sales, marketing, small business, operations, and international business at Bentley, Babson, Rutgers, Emory, Indiana University, the University of Indianapolis, and Northern Kentucky University. Entrepreneurially, he launched a magazine for parents of children with disabilities and a weekly newspaper, ran an educational-toy venture, manufactured needlecraft kits, and led a nonprofit in high-school financial literacy. His consulting clients include Colgate, Pella, ABC Wholesale, Grey Advertising, and Novartis Medical. Dave’s principles: clarify value, invest in culture, educate the market, lead with purpose, master process, and keep improving—there’s always a better way.
